- Free resources, public downloads, and unpaid access requests do not require refunds.
- For paid events or workshops, refund eligibility is governed by the event confirmation email or invoice terms.
- If an eligible event is cancelled by ClickNexi, registered participants may receive a refund or transfer option.
- Refund requests must be sent to info@clicknexi.com with the registered email address, payment reference, and reason.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where technically possible.
